Villa Costa dei Ricci lies within the bay of Riccio, a small and tranquil residential centre, that is part of the larger gulf called Golfo di Agnone. The complex, consisting of just a few residential villas, is completely enclosed and watched by a warden. Costa dei Ricci lies on the left-hand side in a privileged position on its own without any other villas beside it. It has large grounds looking towards the sea with a private swimming-pool of 5x12 m. The garden is equipped with garden furniture and below the pool is a bathroom. The beach, which is partly rocks and pebbles, is reached via a gate from the garden and then crossing a residential road. The villas lies on two floors and faces the sea, so that not only from the furnished patio at the entrance, but also from the terrace accessible from the bedrooms, you can enjoy a wonderful panorama of the sea. It has been furnished with good-quality rustic pieces and has been equipped with various creature comforts. Baia del Riccio lies half-way between Catania and Syracuse, about 30 kms from both of them, a tranquil spot ideal for trips to the two cities and to the Etna area. The baroque town of Noto is about 35 kms away, and going via Lentini you can also easily reach both Caltagirone and Modica. Shopping can be done at Augusta which is less than 20 kms away. There are excellent restaurants in the Brucoli area or towards Catania or Syracuse.
